Why didn't I get an email verification?

There are plenty of reasons why emails get lost - here are a few tips to help you find that hidden email.

1. Search for the email
We send our emails from "Around Midnight", so you can do a search for it. If a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in spam, junk, trash, deleted items or the archive folder.

2. Check the email address
Ensure that the email address you provided is correct - it should be the same one you used to sign up.

3. Resend the email
Repeat the sign up process and check your email again.
